Virtual Pool Servicing

Based on years of experience and understanding how our customers use their Shiner Pool, we have developed a ground breaking type of pool service for our Shiner Family members. Shiner Pool Service will be an exclusive service for customers that have the Hayward Omni system with Sense & Dispense installed as a part of their equipment package. Our Shiner Virtual Pool Service will include weekly monitoring of your pools' chlorine and pH levels along with equipment diagnostics through the Hayward Pro App. A quarterly site visit will be made for a full inspection of all aspects of your pool and equipment including a full computerized water test on site. Depending on your choice of service level, Shiner Family memebers will have the option for salt cell and filter cleaning, chemicals adjusted and any tubings for the Sense and Dispense system replaced during the quarterly visit.
